ActingUp! has been in the Wilmington area since 2014 and is committed to providing a positive arts experience for children and adults. We believe the arts are essential for everyone, especially for our children and community.

Corrie Boehling as Jo March
Corrie has performed on stage for nearly a decade and enjoys it more with each show! Some of her most memorable roles include Dorothy in “The Wizard of Oz,” the Foreman in “12 Incompetent Jurors,” and Grace in “Annie.” She is so thankful to Acting Up! for the opportunity to bring one of her favorite literary characters to life!

Anderson Lewis as Professor Bhaer
He has been acting for eight years and been with ActingUp Community Theater for seven of them. His most notable roles include the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz and Daniel Beauxhomme in Once on This Island. Anderson would like to thank Rachel and the entire Acting Up group for providing an amazing space to learn and grow as an actor.

Caroline Norwood as Amy March
Caroline began performing at 7 years old with the GCHFA orchestra, studied dance at Wilmington Conservatory of Fine Arts, and has soloed, performed, and toured internationally with Sarasota Young Voices. Caroline debuted her acting career in Annie Jr. as the NYC Soloist and Annette. At 15 years old, she is super excited to be performing as Amy March in ActingUp!’s production of Little Women! She would like to thank ActingUp! for their guidance and this wonderful opportunity. Enjoy the show!

Zoe Hemingway as Meg March
I am excited to be on the stage as always. Some of my favorite roles have included, Mazey le Bird, Tootles and TiMoune. I love any chance to perform and have been dancing, singing and acting since.... before I could walk. I would like to thank the Acting Up creative team for always supporting me. Enjoy!

Isabella Boswell as Beth March
Isabella has been performing for 10 years. She loves being able to do what she loves with the people she loves. Some of her favorite roles include Gertrude McFuzz in “Seussical the Musical” Erzulie in “Once on this Island” and Yente the Matchmaker in “Fiddler on the Roof”. She is overjoyed to be a part of this production and is so thankful to Acting Up! for all of the amazing opportunities they have given her! Enjoy the show!!

Kaitlyn McCrary as Marmie March
The performing arts have been an integral part of Kaitlyn’s life since before she can remember. Growing up in New Jersey, she participated in many avenues such as church choir, community theater, and opera. Now, Kaitlyn balances being a wife and mother with assisting in over-seeing a private classical Christian school in town. In her free-time, Kaitlyn serves in the music ministry at her church and assists her husband in serving their church’s student ministry. She has also sung with Cape Fear Choral for several years. Kaitlyn is looking forward to being a part of many more ActingUp! Productions!

Jeff Nason as Mr. Lawrence
Jeff is the resident curmudgeon. He greatly enjoys being a part of the ActingUp family and working with so many amazingly talented people.

Kyle Quittschreiber as Laurie Lawrence
I would like to thank ActingUp for giving me the opportunity to express myself creatively in a professional setting. I would also like to thank my wife Hana for not only acting with me, but also supporting me in all my endeavors.

Sarah Rose as Aunt March & Mrs. Kirk
She began pursuing her love for the arts at three years old through dance and has continued to pursue it over the years through singing at church and playing instruments. Now, she continues to dance as a student and soon to be teacher at a local studio! She praises her Savior Jesus for getting her through health hardship in recent years, so she can now be a part of Fiddler and thrive for His glory!

Cadence Quittschreiber as Mr. John Brooke
Cadence is 22 years old with over 15 years of acting experience, is a talented musical performer known for his roles as the Cowardly Lion in "The Wizard of Oz," Charlie Bucket in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory," Fyedka in "Fiddler on the Roof," and Agwe in "Once on This island.

Halli Williams as Clarissa
Halli is going into her senior year in high school. She is grateful to be a part of this group of sweet people, and thankful for the opportunity to grow in the gifts God has given her. A big thank you to her parents and everyone who supports her!

Benjamin de Paor as Braxton
Benjamin is very excited and grateful to be a part of Little Women with ActingUp and to be performing at Thalian. Most recently, Benjamin played the Fiddler in the musical Fiddler On The Roof. He would like to thank his parents, Michelle and Liam for always being supportive, along with his directors and fellow actors for their encouragement and support.

Maggie Hefner as Main Hag
I am very excited to perform in Little Women. My favorite role over the past four years has been the Sour Kangaroo (Seussical Jr.). I love the ActingUp crew and all that they have done in helping me become a better performer.

Rhapsody Knipping as Main Troll
She has been performing on stage since she was 4. She has been involved in many shows with Performance Club Kids, TACT, Thalian Hall, and Opera House; as well as Film with Honey Head Films and Lighthouse Films. Rhapsody has been a part of AET and ActingUp! for three years as a performer and junior director. She wants to thank Rachel (and all instructors and directors) for the opportunities she has had in theatre; and for the encouragement and instruction she receives during each production.

Cameron Noel in Ensemble
Cam is so excited to be in ActingUp's production of Little Women! This is his first musical!
He's 15 and is a sophomore in high-school.

Daniel Boehling in Ensemble
Little Women is Daniel’s theater debut! He would like to thank his family and friends for their support, Acting Up! for this opportunity, and God for being his rock. Daniel hopes you enjoy the show as much as he does!

Shelley Boehling - Understudy
God put a song in Shelley’s heart, and ever since childhood she has enjoyed singing and acting. Some of her roles include the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz, Penny in You Can’t Take it With You, Nurse Kelly in Harvey, and the ensemble of Gilbert and Sullivan’s musical, Iolanthe. She is thrilled to be a part of the ActingUp family and is so thankful to share this time in Little Women with daughter Corrie and son Daniel!
